The Japan Line Dance Association (JLDA)

The purpose of this organization is to provide and exchange information among both dancer and instructors members, by holding workshops to strive towards bettering the level of all members while fostering line dance as a whole in Japan.

The JLDA also offers voluntary testing for those instructors who wish to become licensed instructors.

Various events are held throughout the year, such as workshops taught by JLDA instructors, seminars, parties and occasional workshops with overseas guest instructors.

JLDA was formerly known as the JCWDIC (Japan Country Western Dance Council)
